Volleyball – One of the most common coaching “corrections” in youth volleyball with the Overhand Serve is ball/toss alignment. Players tend to place the ball directly centered in front of them. By simply adjusting the tossing hand/ball in front of the HITTING SHOULDER will allow for a more balanced and more accurate server.
Basketball – One man to man principle/concept that all levels can achieve is “mirroring the ball.” When in ON-BALL defense, mirroring the ball puts both hands inches from the ball, moving with it and applying intense ball pressure. Add a LOW and ACTIVE stance and your players are D’ed UP!
