Team Coaching and Consultation

Most recently COACH 'EM UP coaches have worked with teams from Highland Park (Dallas) and Lake Travis Youth Association 5th and 6th grade Select Travel team (Austin) and are hosting a Basketball School at Kirby Hall School (Austin).

When working with a team, COACH 'EM UP will use a "clinic format", working with the Head Coach to ensure consistency in teaching. An example of a typical format is a one-hour team practice focusing on one or two topics and/or skills.

High School coaching rules may limit the amount of time a coach may coach, or may not allow for year-round of preseason team play. By using COACH 'EM UP services, your problem is solved.

THE GIFT OF EDUCATION

COACH 'EM UP BASKETBALL SCHOOL is a 6-8 week series of lessons. A coach, school, or private party may provide the means and an accurate source of age-appropriate and motivational lessons that are based on benchmark learning.

FREE School Assemblies! COACH 'EM UP offers a 40 minute motivational presentation that links education, a positive lifestyle, being kind to one another, and taking care of your self messages through basketball "tricks". With school approval, student volunteers and music are used. This pro-education, positive message can be adjusted to any and all age groups.
